Accounts are created with Google Sign-In or, in the iPhone app, Sign in with Apple, so Google's or Apple's terms apply to that step. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google or Apple account secure.

Swarn Siddhi (swarnsiddhi.com and the Swarn Siddhi apps) is owned and operated by LAPAAS - DIGITAL MARKETING INSTITUTE AND COMPANY (“we”, “us”). Please read these terms before using it. By using the website or the apps, you agree to them.
Birth details
Readings need your date, time and place of birth. You confirm the details you enter are yours to provide, or that you have permission to enter someone else's.
Accuracy
Results are calculated from what you enter. An inaccurate birth time changes the ascendant and house positions, and we cannot correct for details we were not given.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell readings as your own, or use it to harass anyone.
What is free
Charts, Panchang and the timing tools, matching, the numerology calculators and the basic Vastu tools are free, and so are three reports: the Janam Kundli, the Karma Report and the Numerology Report. The AI astrologer also answers some questions free.
What is paid
Three things, each with its own price and never swapped for one another: coins, report credits and Premium, described below. A price is always shown before you pay, and a coin price before any coin is spent.
Coins
Coins are Swarn Siddhi’s own unit, not money. They buy two things: AI astrologer answers, at a coin price per message shown in the chat, and the reports priced in coins — the focused reports and the Year Ahead Report — at the price shown before the report is generated. Coins come in packs, bought on the website through Cashfree or in the apps through Google Play or the App Store, and some can be earned in the app. Coins cannot buy the Swarn Kundli, the Navatara Chakra Report, the two Vastu reports, or Premium. Bought coins are a prepaid balance: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money except as a refund of unspent coins under the Refund Policy, are not transferable between accounts, and do not expire.
Report credits
The reports sold for rupees — the Swarn Kundli, the Navatara Chakra Report, the two Vastu reports and, on the website, each focused report and the Year Ahead Report — are each bought as a report credit: one credit is one named report, for what you generate it from — one chart; for the Astro-Vastu Report, one chart with the property details you give; for the Vastu House Report, one set of property answers; for the Year Ahead Report, one person and calendar year. A credit is paid for in money: on the website through Cashfree for the Swarn Kundli, the Navatara Chakra Report, the Astro-Vastu Report, the Vastu House Report, each focused report and the Year Ahead Report, and in the apps through Google Play or the App Store for all but the focused reports and the Year Ahead Report. It is not coins: coins cannot buy it, it cannot be turned into coins, and it cannot be used for a different report. A focused report or the Year Ahead Report can be generated either with its credit or with coins. An unused credit does not expire.
Premium
A plan or a pass: unlimited AI astrologer answers and no ads, for the time bought. It does not include any paid report; those are bought with coins or with a report credit.
Personalised reports are final
A report you generate — with a report credit or with coins — is created for the chart or property details you choose and cannot be returned once delivered, so successful personalised report purchases are non-refundable. Duplicate charges and verified technical non-delivery are handled as payment corrections.
Where you bought it matters
Purchases made inside the Android or iOS app are handled by Google Play or Apple, and any refund request follows their process — we cannot issue a store refund on their behalf. Website payment corrections are handled by us.
Cancelling
Cancel a store subscription in the Play Store or App Store. Deleting your Swarn Siddhi account does not cancel it, and you will keep being charged until you cancel it there.
Guidance, not advice
Readings are for reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and must not be relied on in place of a qualified professional.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing here predicts or promises an event. Decisions you take after a reading remain yours.
AI-written explanations
Wording may be generated by an AI model. The underlying planetary positions, Panchang values and matching scores are calculated deterministically, not invented by the model — but AI phrasing can still be imperfect.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change or be withdrawn.
Our content
The software, written interpretations and design are ours. Your generated reports are yours to keep and share.
Ending access
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can delete yours at any time from Settings.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use means you accept them.
