Personalised report purchases are final. Payment errors, plans, coins and app-store purchases follow the separate rules below.

The rule
Where you bought it decides the refund
Bought in the Android app
Handled by Google Play, and refunds follow Google's policy. We cannot refund a Play purchase on their behalf, because we never receive the payment — Google does. Request it from Google Play, and write to us if you get stuck.
Bought in the iOS app
Handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's policy, for the same reason. Request it through Apple's "Report a Problem", and write to us if you get stuck.
Not sure which?
Check where the charge appears. A line from Google or Apple on your card or bank statement is a store purchase; anything else is a website purchase. Tell us what you see and we will point you the right way.
What can be refunded
Reports, plans and coins
Personalised reports
All successful personalised report purchases are final and non-refundable. The report is a digital product created for the chart details attached to the order; by the time it is available, it has already been generated and delivered and cannot be returned. Check the birth details, report scope and sample before paying.
Plans
Refundable within 7 days of a website purchase if you have not used the plan's paid features. After that, cancel instead — cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Coins
Coins are a prepaid balance. Whatever you have not spent is refundable, at the rate you bought it — if you used part of a pack, we refund the part still sitting in your balance. Spent coins are not refundable, because what they were spent on was delivered. Coins themselves have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money outside a refund of the original purchase.
Free tools
Charts, Panchang, the timing tools, matching and the numerology calculators are free and always have been. There is nothing to refund, and you never need an account to use them.
Cancelling
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancel a store subscription in the store
A subscription bought in the Android or iOS app is cancelled in the Play Store or the App Store. We cannot cancel it from our side.
Deleting your account does not cancel it
This one costs people money, so it is stated plainly: deleting your Swarn Siddhi account does not cancel a store subscription, and you will keep being charged until you cancel it in the store itself.
Cancelling keeps what you paid for
Access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not refund that period; a refund is a separate request.
Duplicate charge or technical non-delivery
These are payment corrections, not returns of a delivered report. If the same order was charged twice, or a verified technical failure meant no report was delivered, write to us with the date and amount so we can investigate and correct it. An accidental purchase of a successfully delivered report remains non-refundable.
