Step 1
Open Swarn Siddhi and sign in to the account you want to delete: with Google, or on iPhone with Apple if that is how you made it.

Delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes your birth details and your family's, your chats and AI memory notes, the content of your reports and your coin balance, with the rest the privacy policy lists. It cannot be undone.
Step 2
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Step 3
Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Sign in with Google at swarnsiddhi.com/app. The website does not offer Sign in with Apple, so an account made with it is deleted from the iPhone app or by email.

Open Settings → Delete account.

Confirm twice; the second time, type DELETE. The deletion takes effect immediately.
Email us
Write to lapaasindia@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is really you before deleting anything.
How long it takes
Deletion through Settings is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and we confirm by reply when done.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Play Store or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the store first, or you will continue to be charged.
What we keep
Records of website orders and coupon use are kept, because tax law requires us to keep a record of each sale. Your account id, and the device identifier and Google Analytics identifiers an order was placed with, are removed from them. Usage events in our own log stay, without your account id, until they are 180 days old. The privacy policy lists everything deletion removes and keeps.
