• 16–17 June A permitted nakshatra falls only in Shukla Dwitiya and Shukla Tritiya, which the rules exclude for property purchase.
• 21 June A permitted nakshatra falls only in Shukla Saptami, which the rules exclude for property purchase.
• 22–24 June The Moon is in Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra and Swati — none of them among the 11 nakshatras permitted for property purchase.
• 26–27 June A permitted nakshatra falls only in Shukla Dwadashi and Shukla Trayodashi, which the rules exclude for property purchase.
